HOW TO CREATE A BLOG ON A FREE BLOGSPOT BLOG 
To Create a blog on blogger platform, you need to have the following items ready. 
1. A Gmail ID. This will help you to access your Dashboard
2. Your Blog Name: This will be the name of the blog you want to create
Steps to follow to create a free blog; 
to create a free blog under blogger follow the following few steps 
1. Go to www. blogger.com and enter your Gmail address and Password if you don't have a Gmail Address you can create one right away by going to www,gmail.com, just follow the instruction at the left to create your own free Gmail Account . 
2. Once you have successfully login using your email, you will be presented with a screenshot where the system will tell you that you have not created any blog yet or you are not yet an author to any blog, just click on create blog and enter your blog address like myblogaddress.blogspot.com, once your address is available, blogger will mark it good, if your chosen name have being taken, just try to type another similar name and wait for the system to know if it is available, enter the title of your blog similar to your blog address and click create. 
3. If everything want successfully, you will be welcome to the blogger-dashboard.   
4. At the left hand side, you can take a look at the tools you can use for your blogging like overviews, Post, Stats, Settings, Template etc. 
5. At this point, you are now proud owner of a blog
6. All you need to do now is to start mastering the Tools and panel of blogger Dashboard. 

Basic Dashboard Terms 
1.Overviews: Overviews is what show you the number of page view, general Visitors stats on your blog
2.Post: Post show the numbers of both schedule and publish articles on your blog. To create an articles, just click on the post section and click on New articles tab, the system will take you a text/HTML
 Editors that look similar  to that of a word Document, here you can type your article and once you are done you click publish at the left uppermost hand-side of the Editors screen. 
3. Stats: this shows the statistics of the number of visitors and where they are coming from, here you can look at the traffic source of your visitors, your Audience etc. 
4. Settings: Here you can do some basic settings of your blog like changing or modifying the existing blog title, Adding blog Description, Comment Modurations etc. 
5. Template: Through this tab, you can modify the current or existing blogger Template.
